OPS Mastery Solutions ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at opsmasterysolutions.com and to the consulting services we provide.
When you fill out our contact form, book a call, or engage us as a client, you may share your name, email address, phone number, social media handle, audience size, business goals, and other details you choose to include. If you become a client, we also collect billing information needed to process payment through our third-party payment processor.
Our website uses standard server logs and minimal analytics to understand basic traffic patterns (pages visited, referrer, approximate region derived from IP, device type). We do not use cross-site tracking cookies.
As part of our consulting work on behalf of clients, we use publicly available information from third-party platforms, including Meta's Instagram Graph API where applicable. Specifically, we access public Instagram business and creator profile data such as username, display name, bio, follower count, following count, media count, public post engagement (likes, comments, timestamps), and website link. We do this to identify compatible partnership and distribution opportunities for the client we are serving.
We do not collect data about private accounts, private messages, or non-public user information. We do not build audience-level profiles of end users. We do not combine this data with personal information to re-identify individuals.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use the information we collect for advertising, and we do not share client data or third-party platform data with advertisers or data brokers.
We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Platform Data obtained via Meta APIs is used only for the specific client engagement it was obtained for. We do not resell Platform Data. We do not use Platform Data to build advertising audiences. We retain Platform Data only as long as needed to complete the client engagement, plus a short period for quality assurance, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
If Meta requires us to delete any Platform Data we hold, we will do so within the timeframe Meta specifies.
We share information only in the following narrow cases:
We retain client information for the duration of the engagement and for a period of up to 24 months after the engagement ends, unless a longer period is required for legal or accounting reasons. Prospect information from the contact form is retained for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. You can exercise these rights by emailing james@opsmasterysolutions.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we review our practices regularly and limit access to information on a need-to-know basis.
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be announced on this page.
