OPS Mastery Solutions is a small consultancy based in Nashville, Tennessee. We work with creators, coaches, and audience-first experts who want to turn what they've already built into a real, durable online business.
Most creators we meet have done the hardest part already. They've spent years earning attention. What they haven't had is a partner who can sit beside them and build the back end, the offer, the partnership engine, and the system that connects it all.

Who runs it
OPS Mastery Solutions is owned and operated by James Hernandez. The consultancy grew out of years of hands-on work helping creators figure out what to sell, to whom, and how to reach them without burning the audience they built.
Everything we do runs through this small practice. No white-labeled agencies, no junior account managers, no handoffs. The person you meet on the discovery call is the person who builds the system with you.
How we work with Meta platforms
A meaningful part of the research we do for clients involves public Instagram business profile data — follower counts, engagement rates, posting patterns, and bio signals from other public business and creator accounts. We use that information to identify compatible partnership candidates and distribution opportunities for the client we're serving. We do not resell this data, we do not build audience-level profiles of private users, and we retain only what's needed for the client engagement at hand.
